If your wristband has been tightened or is damaged, please bring it with you to the event and visit a wristband customer service location upon entry. Wristband customer service is located at every tollbooth and at each Centeroo entrance. You can get a replacement band for a $20 fee. Have questions? Contact Front Gate Tickets.
Please note: You will need to provide proof of purchase, so please bring your government issued ID, order number and the credit card used to make the original purchase. We are only able to assist you if you purchased your wristband directly from Front Gate Tickets or the Ticketmaster Verified Ticket Exchange.
