BECOMING A CRAFT VENDOR
Applications will be accepted until March 1, 2025.
Vending spaces are offered at Bonnaroo® at three different locations: Centeroo Market, Main Venue, & Campground (Outeroo). Each explained below.
VENDOR CATEGORIES
FEES FOR EACH VENDOR CATEGORY/AREA LISTED BELOW
- Artist/Crafter: To be considered an artist/crafter, vendors must make their products with their own hands. We are particularly interested in unique crafts. Can you demonstrate your craft on site (either the making of it or the use of it)? Let us know!
- Vendor: Vendors sell merchandise that they do not personally make by hand.
- Cashless: Bonnaroo offers a cashless experience so that patrons are able to pay for food, beverages, and official merchandise with their wristband . All craft vendors are required to use this cashless system and this is included in your booth fee.
Centeroo Market
Opens Thursday June 12 at 11:00am and remains open 24 hours a day until Sunday June 15 at 10:30pm.
Vendor Hours:
- Tuesday June 10: Vendor Check in from 9:00am-6:00pm
- Wednesday June 11: Limited Vendor Check-In from 8:00am-12:00 noon
- Thursday June 12: Required to be open from 12:00 noon—2:00am
- Friday June 13: Required to be open 12:00pm—2:00am
- Saturday June 14: Required to be open from 12:00pm—2:00am
- Sunday June 15: Required to be open from 12:00pm—10:00pm
Although individual booth open hours are required as listed above, because of the extensive schedule of music and activities in Centeroo, many vendors choose to remain open 24 hours.
Fees:
- Artist/Crafter: The fee for an artist/crafter space is $1,600.00 for the duration of the festival. The fee includes a 10 x 10 space, a heavy-duty metal-frame plastic-coated canvas tent, basic electric service, and the point of sale (wristband) system. It also includes three vendor staff credentials that can access Vendor Camping. Additional vendor tickets must be purchased.
- Vendor: The fee for a vendor space is $3,300.00 for the duration of the festival. The fee includes a 10 x 10 space, a heavy-duty metal-frame, plastic-coated canvas tent, basic electric service, and the point of sale (wristband) system. It also includes four vendor staff credentials that can access Vendor Camping. Additional vendor tickets must be purchased. The opportunity to purchase more than one 10×10 space will be given to select vendors.
- Cashless: Bonnaroo offers a cashless experience so that patrons are able to pay for food, beverages, and official merchandise with their wristband . All craft vendors are required to use this cashless system and this is included in your booth fee.
Main Venue
There are a limited number of vending spaces available in the Main Venue, which is where the main stage of the festival is located.

- Tuesday June 10: Vendor Check in from 9:00am-6:00pm
- Wednesday June 11: Limited Vendor Check-In from 8:00am-12:00 noon
- Wednesday June 11: Vendor Set-Up from 8:00am—2:00pm
- Thursday June 12: Required to be open from 1:00pm – midnight
- Friday June 13: Required to be open from 1:00pm – midnight
- Saturday June 14: Required to be open from 1:00pm – midnight
- Sunday June 15: Required to be open from 1:00pm – midnight

It also includes three vendor staff credentials that can access Vendor Camping. Additional vendor tickets must be purchased.

Outeroo/ Campground
Craft vending in the campground is integrated into one of the service plazas. The vending location is strategically located to maximize traffic from those who are camping farther away from the main festival venue. The campground will be open from Tuesday morning until Monday morning, 24 hours a day.

- Monday June 9: Vendor Check in from 9:00am-6:00pm
- Tuesday June 10: Required to be open from 6:00pm-12:00am
- Wednesday June 11: Required to be open from 12:00pm-12:00am
- Thursday June 12: Required to be open from 12:00pm —2:00am
- Friday June 13: Required to be open from 12:00pm—2:00am
- Saturday June 14: Required to be open from 12:00pm—2:00am
- Sunday June 15: Required to be open 12:00pm—2:00am
Fees:

If you are not interested in having the show provide power, your booth fee will be discounted by $200.

More to Note:
- Vehicles: The Bonnaroo Market is an artistically-designed flowing area in Centeroo featuring many fine artists. In order to preserve the condition of the walking paths, vehicles will not be permitted to drive on any of the grass. When you arrive you will be directed to the closest road access. There will be trailers available to help you transport your wares, but you should come prepared with a hand truck or wagon with wide rubber tires. Camping is not permitted at your booth. After initial set up in Centeroo and the Main Venue, all vehicles must be moved to Vendor Camping. For those who need to restock each day, arrangements can be made with one of the Market Coordinators. No vehicles (including golf carts) will be allowed in Centeroo unless you have received prior written permission from Bonnaroo. In the campground, each booth will be able to have one vehicle parked directly behind their booth.
- Vendor Camping: There is an area designated for vendor camping. If you or your staff has special needs, please note that in the application form.
- Paperwork: Each vendor will be required to have a certificate of liability insurance, proof of Workers Compensation coverage, a Tennessee sales tax certificate, and Local Business License and Land Use Permit. Those vendors accepted to the festival will receive an outline of the necessary paperwork with your acceptance letter. Participation in Bonnaroo 2024 does not guarantee a space in Bonnaroo 2025.
