While getting to Bonnaroo with ride-shares is totally possible, it’s not the most convenient way to do things. Manchester is a very small town, which causes two complications:
- Lots of traffic on the small-town roads
- Very few rideshare cars available nearby. It also could take hours based on incoming/outgoing traffic for rideshare drivers to reach a tollbooth.
Because we prioritize the traffic flow for campers (the vast majority of the traffic), there is no “priority lane” of any kind for rideshares either, which can mean long lines at certain times.
With all this in mind, you will be much happier scheduling a ride ahead of time and/or renting a car if possible.
