Assistive Listening Devices – Reservations: Patrons who are hard-of-hearing may wish to check out an Assistive Listening Device (ALD). Bonnaroo uses FM ALDs and they may be checked out at the Basecamp Accessibility Center (open 10 am to 10 pm). For effective communication (ASL), guided tours, assisted listening devices (ALD) requests, fill out this Request Form prior to the Festival. Note whether or not you use a hearing aid with a telecoil and please include your cell phone number. There is no fee to use the ALD but a valid photo ID and a credit card is required to ensure return of the device.
