If you haven't received/lost your wristband or your camping/parking pass before leaving for the festival, please reach out to Front Gate Tickets to report your wristbands/passes as missing. Then you can visit the box office before heading to the Farm and we will provide a replacement for you.
The replacement fee is $20.
Please note: You will need to provide proof of purchase, so please bring your government issued ID, the order number and the credit card used to make the original purchase. We are only able to assist you if you purchased your wristband directly from Front Gate Tickets or the Ticketmaster Verified Ticket Exchange.
