The C’roo (pronounced ‘kroo’) is Bonnaroo’s festival-wide volunteer corps! C’roo volunteers support staff, sponsors, artists and fans in various roles all over the festival grounds, with the goal of making sure that everyone at Bonnaroo has an unforgettable, exciting, fun, and safe time.
WHAT DOES THE C’ROO DO?
As a member of the C’roo, you could be doing anything from helping set up the festival grounds, to answering fan questions about a specific activity, to simply putting on a smile and greeting everyone as they come and go throughout the event. Not only will volunteering grant you access to the festival outside of your scheduled shift times, but you’ll also leave with the sense that you were a huge part of making this year’s Bonnaroo special for everybody!
C’roo members are required to work three 6-hour shifts, for a total of 18 volunteer hours.
WHAT DO I GET IF I JOIN THE C’ROO?
All members of the C’roo receive access to Bonnaroo and may enjoy the festival whenever they’re not working. You’ll also get a t-shirt to wear on shift (and to show everyone that you were part of the C’roo after the festival is over), access to free showers in the volunteer camping area, and a meal token for every shift that you work! Meal tokens can be used at any of the festival food vendors when you’re off shift.
Most importantly, members of the C’roo get the sense of being a huge part of something special — the experience of working at a major music festival, and playing a big part in everyone’s great time! (Not to mention memories that will last a lifetime.)
