Positive Test Protocol
A few notes about the COVID-19 test result you send in for documentation:
- The test may not be from an at-home test
- The test result must include your name, date and a positive result
Additionally, if you've had COVID-19, are still in the 5-day isolation window, you are also eligible for a refund. Please send us a copy of your positive COVID-19 test result, your order number and specific ticket details to firstname.lastname@example.org
You MUST request a refund by Sunday, June 19th, at 12 PM CT.
If you’ve recently had COVID-19 and are now outside of the 5 day isolation window, unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund. However, If you purchased a ticket and can no longer attend the festival, you can use Ticketmaster’s Verified Ticket Exchange to resell your tickets. Sign into your Front Gate Tickets account and under “Your Account” select “Order History” to list your ticket on the Ticketmaster Verified Exchange. Ticketmaster’s Verified Ticket Exchange
At the festival -
COVID-19 testing is available for purchase at the Plaza 3 Medical tent. Please note: proof of vaccination or negative test is NOT required for entry to the festival.
Should someone test positive, they will receive a second, complimentary test to confirm results. If results are confirmed by medical staff the patron wristband will be removed and asked to leave the grounds. Instructions for how to request a refund will be provided should the second test return positive results. (Note: self-administered tests presented to Medical staff will not constitute grounds for wristband revocation or refund. If you test positive with your own test medical will administer a free test for confirmation)
