Anyone with a valid Bonnaroo wristband (i.e. ticket to the festival) is allowed in the GA campgrounds, which is where most Plazas and activities are. You will need a VIP wristband to access the VIP campgrounds, or a Platinum wristband to access the Platinum campgrounds though. VIP & Platinum are allowed in GA campgrounds too.
