We’d be happy to help facilitate an upgrade from normal car camping to groop camping.
Because the groop passes are purchased in a separate system than the normal car passes, here is what you need to do:
First, simply purchase your groopie pass from the link provided by your groop leader. Then, once you have a proof of purchase (confirmation email should do it) from “Fevo” (the company that helps us with groop passes), send that in an email to Front Gate tickets. Include the order number from your original car camping pass, and explain that you upgraded to groop and would like the car pass refunded in accordance with our upgrade policy.
