Accidentally tightened your wristband before putting it on or it arrived damaged? Not to worry! If your wristband has been tightened or is damaged, please bring it with you to the event, use it to enter the campgrounds, and go to a wristband customer service location near the entrance to Centeroo where you can get a replacement band (you will need to prove your purchase, so bring ID, card, and the original purchaser if it’s not you).
