First things first, you can only log into your order at bonnaroo.frontgatetickets.com (NOT on front gate tickets main website). Click “sign in” or “manage order” in the top menu bar. Once logged in, you can head to your profile and “manage orders”. There you can update information on your specific orders.
If you're having trouble, make sure you are using the same sign-in method you used originally. For example, if you used the facebook login feature to log in when you made your purchase you MUST use it again to see your order (even if the email is the same).
